I am currently working becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) As a registered Midwife. I provide support for women experiencing breastfeeding problems. I can help guide you in the art of breastfeeding and assist you with parenting skills
The transition into new parenthood can be vulnerable. experts in emotional support, active listening and encouraging new parents to follow their own hearts. I am a compassionate support who understands what new babies, mothers and families truly need during the postpartum period. I am a fierce advocate for perinatal mental health.
Though this transition, I can help with soothing techniques, breastfeeding/bottle feeding, explaining newborn behavio.
My job is to help every member of the family adjust and settle in to life with a new baby on board.

How will I support you?
I will support you for the first 12 weeks of your journey into postpartum. I will help provide practical care tips to help you trust your own parenting instincts of meeting your baby’s needs:
• Bathing
• Diapering
• Soothing and swaddling
• Knowledgeable breastfeeding support
• Newborn sleeping techniques
• Coping with sleep depravation
Support for emotional recovery from birth:
• Holding non-judgemental space to process your birth with an experienced professional
• Helping with adjustment to your new (or continuing) role as a mother
• Creating space to honor the entire family unit. Not unlike your newborn, mothers and families undergo immense transition into life with a new baby. I will help provide compassionate support to you, your family and your baby.
